Our Heritage & Ancestral Roots

Born from the rugged terrains where the legendary burro 'Macho' once carried the heavy burdens of harvest, our story is one of resilience and respect. For generations, the craft of tequila has been passed down through our multi-generation agave farmers and master distillers lineage, preserving methods that honor the spirit's sacred origin from the blue agave fields from the highlands of Arandas, Mexico.

The Agave's Soul

We source our agave from multi-generational agave farmers and wait almost a decade for nature to perfect the sugars within the heart of each piña, ensuring that our jimadores hand-select only the absolute finest heritage plants.

Artistry in Every Selection

Patient Heat

Inside traditional masonry ovens, our piñas are hand stacked with the bitter cogolla removed which then undergoes an over 48 hour transformation. This gentle roasting and resting process coaxes out deep, caramel notes with herbal aromas for an unparalleled smoothness.

Small Batch Precision

Refined in small copper stills, our artisanal process captures the bright, botanical elegance found only in 100% estate-grown Highland Blue Weber Agave.
